Defiant H160 Rayo

The Defiant H160 Rayo kamikazedrone series comprises long-rangeAI loitering munition unmannedaerial vehicles designed for high-precision strikes on military targets.The kamikaze drone combines anextended flight range, high payloadcapacity, and an efficient propulsionsystem within a flexible, scalableplatform suitable for modernoperational environments.

In its standard version, the Defiant H160 Rayo provides a maximum rangeof up to 2,000 km with a payload of up to 100 kg. The high-payloadconfiguration allows it to carry up to 150 kg over a range of up to 1,400 km,or 50 kg up to 2,500 km. This enables operators to balance range andpayload capacity in accordance with mission priorities.

The UAV has a wingspan of 6,500 mm, a length of 4,800 mm, and amaximum takeoff weight (MTOW) of 320 kg. As standard, the kamikazedrone is equipped with a 190-liter fuel tank, providing an endurance of up to10 hours. Its cruising speed is up to 200 km/h, its maximum dive speedreaches 420 km/h, and its service ceiling is 4,500 m.

Thanks to an 8-channel CRPA antenna with a spoof- and jam-resistantsatellite signal receiver, integrated with an inertial navigation system (INS)and AI-driven visual navigation, the kamikaze drone is capable of operatingunder intense electronic warfare (EW) interference and complete GNSSdenial. It ensures high strike accuracy with a Circular Error Probable (CEP) ofless than 10 m. Thanks to the onboard Starlink system and the configurationof its AI flight control system, the kamikaze drone is capable ofautonomously identifying and engaging targets.

The kamikaze drone is powered by an efficient, high-performance Germanfour-cylinder gasoline engine—the 3W-684i B4 TS CS—delivering 63 hp. Theengine is optimized for both power output and fuel efficiency, ensuringreliable operation over extended periods in demanding conditions.

The H160 Rayo kamikaze drone is constructed from revolutionarygraphene-infused composite materials, which significantly reduces its radarcross-section against enemy radars.

Launch is performed using arocket booster or, in the landing-gear variant,via a runway takeoff from an airfield or highway. Removable wings allow thedrone to be transported in standard cargo trucks.
